Dr. Crystal Miller helps women build confidence, leverage their unique skills and find a career that fits them like hand in glove.  Women are the catalyst in their families and communities, yet so often sacrifice their own desires. Helping women understand that taking time out to identify their unique abilities and leverage a career isn’t selfish, it is a necessary step in gaining financial freedom and flexibility in their lives.  Dr. Miller is passionate about changing societal norms and beliefs around women who desire to have it all: a career, family and life they absolutely love!

Raised by a single mother who struggled financially, she saw first hand the fear and stress this brings into families.   Helping women show up with confidence and know what they bring to the table is refreshing, inspiring and motivating.  Teaching women how to identify their strengths and position themselves to attract the right career is a pivotal step to creating a life of financial independence with freedom and flexibility.

Dr. Miller is known for being a trend-setter, going against the grain and making bold decisions that help maximize personal and professional growth. She started this business after consistently finding that women underestimate their unique skills and abilities and short sell themselves in their career. Her passion is to help women make a bigger impact in this world through upleveling their unique abilities and leveraging it in a career they love.  She helps women get clear on what they are good at, positioning themselves in the job market and make more money.  She is a passionate, thought leader who believes in continuous improvement and commitment to the greater good.

Dr. Miller’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky. She also obtained a Master’s of Public Health degree with an emphasis in Health Services Management from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Doctorate of Public Health from the University of Kentucky.
