WHO IS CRYSTAL MILLER, DrPH

Dr. Crystal Miller helps CEO’s position themselves as the expert authority in their arena and show up with confidence, conviction and authenticity.  Dr. Miller helps executives and CEO’s lead at their highest potential, build unstoppable teams and make quantum leaps in their business without experiencing unnecessary stress and burnout. 

She is known for being a trend-setter, going against the grain and making bold decisions that help maximize personal and professional growth. She started this business after consistently finding that women, in particular, under-value their skills, lack confidence in making bold decisions and ultimately do not show up authentically as a leader in their arena.  Her passion is to help CEO’s avoid burnout by helping them leverage their skills in a way that pays off for them personally and professionally.

In addition to starting her own company, Dr. Miller has been the executive director for a large organization for 14 years.  She has led a team of over 100 employees and a multi-million dollar revenue generating agency.  Dr. Miller is known for her accountability approach. Dr. Miller set the stage for managing COVID-19 when she had the very first case in Kentucky. She is a passionate, thought leader who believes in continuous improvement to ultimately be the best version of yourself.

Dr. Miller’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky.  She also obtained a Master’s of Public Health as well as a Doctorate of Public Health from the University of Kentucky.
